“Our dogs have never been boarded before and I was very emotional about it. Briana really helped to ease my mind and provided the most reassuring updates and daily pics. She was so accommodating when our flight was delayed and caused us to arrive later than anticipated for pickup. The report card she gave us is now on our fridge, it is adorable and shows how well she really got to know our dogs. We have one picky eater and one untrained hyper dog, and she made them both feel very welcomed. We will need to set up some more appointments in the future, because it is clear that one of our dogs misses her very much. He seems to be longing for a friend. That makes us feel very confident in leaving them with her again! They obviously got more outdoor time than they are used to and they had a really great time.”
