“Samantha was amazing with Chinx. She sent me a video of Chinx when he got there to give me assurance that Chinx was going to be ok. It was my first time booking through Rover and was not disappointed. She sent me videos and photo updates during his stay. She also messaged me because she was concerned of his breathing but I assured her it was normal for him. That really shows that she actually cares. I know he had a good time. By the time he got home, he was all out of energy and knocked out for the rest of the day. I would definitely recommend Samantha.”
