“If you are a first time user of pet boarding (I was), then Nina is the best solution. She knew I was more nervous than my pup about leaving him and allowed me to ask questions and make sure he was settled before I left for the weekend. While I was away I received daily pictures and videos of Gizmo to reassure me he was in great hands. Nina also asked things about how to make his stay more comfortable, which I greatly appreciate because that shows she cares. In the end I was able to relax, Gizmo made new friends, and I will definitely be requesting Nina for any future outings where I can’t take my pup. NINA IS THE BEST!!!!!”

“Ellen did such an amazing job with my senior rescue girl! She has some health issues and is a little shy, so I'm always worried about leaving her for the weekend with someone new, but I could tell she felt comfortable with Ellen right away. Communication was great—Ellen sent photos and updates and made me feel a LOT less guilty about leaving her. “Katie (and Ruth!) are amazing! Our shy girl had never been boarded before, and we hit the lottery with finding Katie. She was patient with letting Parsley get to know her, and didn't try to force anything. Parsley and Ruth started playing and chasing each other right away - it was awesome to see our usually shy and anxious girl come out of her shell so quickly. We were updated frequently with plenty of pictures. We could tell that Parsley was having an absolute blast - which was confirmed when I went to pick her up and she didn't want to leave.
