“Xiuli was an absolute lifesaver! She came through for me in a pinch and did an amazing job caring for my cats. From the very beginning, she was dependable, responsive, and incredibly kind. It was clear that she genuinely loves animals and treated my cats with the same care and attention she would give her own. She kept me updated, gave me complete peace of mind while I was away, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Coming back to well-cared-for cats meant the world to me. “Ellen did such an amazing job with my senior rescue girl! She has some health issues and is a little shy, so I'm always worried about leaving her for the weekend with someone new, but I could tell she felt comfortable with Ellen right away. Communication was great—Ellen sent photos and updates and made me feel a LOT less guilty about leaving her. I honestly could not have had a better experience, which is saying something coming from a slightly neurotic mom of a special needs dog :) I'll definitely be booking Ellen again in the future!”

“Katie (and Ruth!) are amazing! Our shy girl had never been boarded before, and we hit the lottery with finding Katie. She was patient with letting Parsley get to know her, and didn't try to force anything. Parsley and Ruth started playing and chasing each other right away - it was awesome to see our usually shy and anxious girl come out of her shell so quickly.
