“Yi Shin and her husband, Mike, were phenomenal. I booked them for the first time for a few days for a work trip and we did a meet & greet. My dog is extremely anxious with new people and surroundings, so he was very skittish during their first meet. They were very understanding and were still willing to take him in and give him a chance (I'm sure others would have declined). Yi Shin gave great updates every day and told me of Wozzy's progress with them. I was looking for another sitter for two weeks a day after I came back and they agreed to watch him for me. They previously had other plans but were gracious enough to move their plans to help me out! Wow, if that is not above and beyond, then I don't know what is! They did me a huge solid and I cannot thank them enough. During Wozzy's two-week stay with them, I felt completely at ease knowing Wozzy was with two kind, amazing souls taking care of him. Yi Shin asked specific questions about his feeding/habits during this time, and she was so thorough.
