“Kate is amazing! We live on total opposite sides of our city but I will always make the drive because I know Otto is being loved and well cared for. This last visit started out being just a few days because we were going to have work on our house done and didn’t want all the people coming in & out all day to stress him out or for him to be in their way but but each day presented an additional problem in our house it ended up being a week and Kate was extremely flexible and understanding when we would ask each day for “1 more day”.”
