We booked last minute due to scheduling conflicts and they exceeded our expectations! We received daily updates AND photos during her stay with them! “This was our first time using Rover. We selected Ellen because she had many positive reviews as well as multiple returning clients. We made the right choice selecting Ellen to watch our fur babies. She is extremely accommodating and understanding. Our 2 pups have a number of quirks, but Ellen worked with them and gave them a home away from home. She sent multiple pictures a day and some videos, along with an update of the daily activities. We will absolutely be using Ellen if we go away and need a sitter. I cannot speak any higher of Ellen. Highly recommend! Thanks again Ellen for putting our minds at ease.”

“Mary was amazing. My dog Thyon is a sweet but skittish boy. Since making a big move from the country to the city, he has suffered from anxiety which he needed to be medicated for. I tried traditional boarding facilities however they were not a good fit. There were too many loud noises and he always came home stressed and nervous. Mary provided a wonderful environment. Not only was he able to quickly adapt and feel comfortable, but he seemed to thrived there. He was running in the yard with her dog Elle. Which he has not done since we moved months ago. I have finally found a place where I am comfortable to leave my boy and know he’s being well cared for. Thanks Mary!”

“Amber was a rockstar. We are always nervous to leave our senior chiweenie with anyone new because he is very skiddish. He opened up to Amber, and her family was patient as he took more time to become comfy around them. She took him on nice walks and followed the scheduled to a tee. “Angie was wonderful with our one year old mini bernedoodle Reggie. This was only the second time he stayed in someone’s house and the first time with Angie ! She’s a happy, very positive person and gave Reggie lots of TLC while we were away. She also had to administer pills to him and she wasn’t bothered by that at all. We plan to use her services again in January 2026.”
