It was so reassuring to see him comfortable, happy, and being truly understood. The biggest testament to her care was when we picked him up. Our lab came back exactly as we left him — happy, balanced, and relaxed. He wasn’t overly stimulated or unusually withdrawn, and he transitioned smoothly right back into his home routine. That tells us he felt safe and well cared for the entire time.
