“Matthew has taken care of my cats at least a dozen times, and I genuinely can’t say enough good things about him. From the very beginning, he’s always been incredibly communicative and thoughtful. He clearly cares very much about the animals he looks after. Matt takes the time to get to know each pet’s personality and routine, which makes such a difference. My cats can be very particular, and he’s always been so patient and attentive with them. Whether it’s a quick overnight or a longer stay, I always feel completely comfortable knowing they’re in his care. He goes above and beyond in ways that mean a lot- like taking one of my cats out for his daily walks and handling medications when needed (including using an inhaler for my cat with asthma). It’s clear he’s experienced and truly invested in their wellbeing. I am so lucky to have found someone I trust so much with my pets.
