“Jacqueline took exceptional care of our pup, Luka, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. We received daily updates and photos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. It was clear from every picture that Luka was happy, comfortable, and well cared for. Luka is a Belgian Malinois, so he has a lot of energy and requires plenty of physical and mental engagement. Jacqueline did a wonderful job meeting his needs while also making him feel at home. Their home is beautiful, with a secure backyard and plenty of toys for the dogs to enjoy. One of the coolest parts of his stay was that Luka learned to use a doggie door for the first time. It gave him the freedom to come and go into the yard as needed, and I know that also makes things easier for the family caring for the dogs. Although this was only a short stay, Jacqueline followed all of our care instructions, including Luka’s feeding routine, and treated him like one of her own. One thoughtful detail that really stood out was how carefully they packed all of Luka’s belongings exactly the way we had brought them. It wasn’t something they had to do, but it showed how much care and attention they put into everything. We truly appreciate the excellent care Luka received and will absolutely be booking with Jacqueline again. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, and attentive sitter.”
