She has some health issues and is a little shy, so I'm always worried about leaving her for the weekend with someone new, but I could tell she felt comfortable with Ellen right away. Communication was great—Ellen sent photos and updates and made me feel a LOT less guilty about leaving her. I honestly could not have had a better experience, which is saying something coming from a slightly neurotic mom of a special needs dog :) I'll definitely be booking Ellen again in the future!”

She was patient with letting Parsley get to know her, and didn't try to force anything. Parsley and Ruth started playing and chasing each other right away - it was awesome to see our usually shy and anxious girl come out of her shell so quickly. We were updated frequently with plenty of pictures. We could tell that Parsley was having an absolute blast - which was confirmed when I went to pick her up and she didn't want to leave. We will absolutely be booking with Katie again.”

“Sophie was really great. Even prior to booking she answered all of my questions to help me feel more comfortable and prepared dropping my dog off for an overnight boarding. Sent plenty of picture updates. My dog is high energy and when I got him back home he was sleeping the rest of the day and through the night so Sophie definitely did a great job getting his energy out!”
