“As an Executive Assistant, I was looking for a boarder for my boss's energetic puppy as he was going on an 8-day business trip. My biggest concerns were finding someone who would take a puppy, in heat, no less, and treat her like family. None of that scared Shawna away. :) I met with her to make sure it was a good fit. She was wonderful! She welcomed me over, we sat and chatted about the dog, the pup's temperment, her schedule, etc. and Shawna took notes. She showed me around so I would be comfortable on how she cares for the dogs. Her space is organized and clean (and I can't say that about some boarders). Shawna (and her husband Steve) were wonderful caregivers and we received daily updates, with pictures, on how the pup was doing. Shawna's communication is exceptional. I always got timely responses, no matter the time of day. It is clear Shawna loves animals and her positive, calm, gentle nature is infectious. I will absolutely use her again in the future if she'll have us!”
