“This was my first experience using rover.com. After contacting Julia via the website and anytime afterwards she always contacted me immediately. I was having trouble finding a vet or facility the Saturday before and after Thanksgiving. Most wanted me to leave my dog the Friday before I left to the Monday after I returned. Julia allowed me to drop off my dog hours before my flight and I was able to pick my dog up after my flight landed very late on a Friday night. Julia sent several pictures on a daily basis. I could see my dog was becoming more comfortable every day. I was surprised that the pictures actually helped me have a more relaxed trip not worrying about her. The last time I left my dog with a vet she had nightmares for 3 nights. After using Julia my dog has had no nightmares. I will definitely use Julia again when in the area.”
