“My boarding experience with Lauren has been great. I felt really comfortable knowing she was well cared for during my extended trip away. Lauren is easy to communicate with and very responsive. We also do daycare with her and my Yorkie enjoys going back, which says a lot since she’s usually pretty anxious in environments outside of the house. Lauren is very kind and treats my little one like her own, and I really appreciate the care she gives her. We’ve had a great experience overall.”

“This was our first time using Rover. We selected Ellen because she had many positive reviews as well as multiple returning clients. We made the right choice selecting Ellen to watch our fur babies. She is extremely accommodating and understanding. Our 2 pups have a number of quirks, but Ellen worked with them and gave them a home away from home. She sent multiple pictures a day and some videos, along with an update of the daily activities. We will absolutely be using Ellen if we go away and need a sitter. I cannot speak any higher of Ellen. “We have booked an overnight stay with Karl last year so we knew we wanted him to watch our bulldog while we went on vacation for about a week and a half. Lou can be a bit of a handful but Karl is knowledgeable, kind and patient so we had a worry free week+ knowing Lou was in great hands! Karl's comminution and picture updates eased my June knowing he was getting attention and not just locked up all day! We had a couple flight changes but Karl worked with us which was a huge weight lifted. If I could give more stars I would 😀”

“Mickeala Was so amazing with both my cats. One being a complete curious introverted cat and the other being a clingy curious extrovert. I was worried about them with dogs as they’ve never been exposed but her experience and professionalism got them acclimated so well! She was thorough and sent tons of videos and pictures which clearly showed how comfortable they truly were. They were completely themselves as if they were at home! She was very flexible with our schedule which so happened to be all over the place which required several stay extensions and easily worked with and accommodated us. I will absolutely be using her for all of our pet care needs!”
