“It was our dog’s first time away from home and we were hesitant and worried about our decision. Ainla made it simpler by sharing videos/updates and answering to our messages and queries without any delays and taking good care of him. She even reached out to us when there were any concerns/issues about our dog and made sure that we didn’t have to worry or regret. She has been honest and upfront with us.
