“Chris was amazing!! I have very recently gotten a new one year old English Bulldog, Louie, with my fiancé, Jay. We wanted to have a weekend away to celebrate Jay's 30th birthday. Last minute, as in the night before at 8pm, realized our previous plan to keep Louie at a vet boarding program was not going to workout. It was my first time using Rover so I was nervous. But Chris was very responsive and helpful. He was super accommodating for having such last minute plans and made the whole process easy. Jay and I enjoyed our night away and Louie had a great vacation weekend at Chris's house. Louie loved playing with Chris's puppy Luna all day and can't wait to go back to hangout with his new playmate! Thank you again Chris!”
