“Nadia and Oscar (and the entire family) were excellent hosts to our sweet Gertie. They welcomed her into their warm and loving home with the care and compassion that only a true dog lover can provide. Nadia provided the perfect updates for us to know our “first born” was doing well and feeling comfortable while we were away. As an added bonus, our trip out of town was over the long July 4th holiday, meaning Gertie would have to brave the firework noise in an unfamiliar environment. By all accounts, they made her as comfortable as possible and it was like she was home with us. This was our first foray into Rover services and our apprehension quickly faded as we got to know Nadia and Oscar. Truly a 5/5 experience for us and we will be scheduling future stays for Gertie.”

“This was our first time using Rover. We selected Ellen because she had many positive reviews as well as multiple returning clients. We made the right choice selecting Ellen to watch our fur babies. She is extremely accommodating and understanding. Our 2 pups have a number of quirks, but Ellen worked with them and gave them a home away from home. She sent multiple pictures a day and some videos, along with an update of the daily activities. We will absolutely be using Ellen if we go away and need a sitter. I cannot speak any higher of Ellen.
