“I live in Fortworth, but had to come to Houston for 2 weeks to visit my family, and I had to bring my German Shepherd (Ringo) down with me. I had no place for him to stay though and had to board him somewhere. I researched a lot before finding Noel, because I was very worried about leaving my puppy for such a long time. When I first met Noel, I sensed how sincere he was and how much he loved dogs. That put me at ease, but I was still a bit worried about how Ringo would adjust since it was the first time that we were leaving him for so long. But Ringo had a blast and made so many new friends! He enjoyed it so much and also learned so much from the other dogs (since he is a puppy). Also, Noel was so consistent in keeping me updated and in sending me pictures daily and letting me know how things were going. One of the reviews I had read before choosing Noel said that "Noel's place was like heaven for dogs" - and I fully agree! Noel takes such great care of all the dogs and they all love him - including my Ringo. Ringo had such an amazing time, that he did not want to leave! Not only that, but Noel was the one to notice that Ringo had an ear infection when I first dropped him off. So I took him to the vet, and we were able to give him medicine throughout his stay, and he is doing much better now! Noel is also very good at responding quickly and that meant a lot to me. I just wish that Noel was in Fortworth, because I would bring Ringo to him all the time. But I'm still so thankful I found him, and I know where Ringo will be staying everytime I come to Houston :)”
