“Tynisia was not a only professional in her interactions with us, but caring and understanding during our scrambling to ensure she had everything our pups needed during their stay. She was kind enough to turn around after picking up our pups so we could give her an item we forgot. She also took the time to ensure we didn't any questions or concerns when we took our pups for a pre-visit a couple weeks before.
