“I needed to board my cat, Simba, and did not want to use my regular pet boarding facility. I usually board him there; however, this time I did not want him in a caged environment. I found Charmaine through Rover, and I am glad I did. I was a little apprehensive at first, but after speaking with her and seeing how attentive she was to Simba’s needs, I felt much more comfortable. Simba is blind and requires extra care, but Charmaine took excellent care of him. She allowed him to roam freely in her home, making him feel comfortable and at ease. Throughout his stay, Charmaine provided regular updates, including pictures and videos, which gave me peace of mind. She not only met Simba’s needs but went above and beyond to ensure he was happy and well cared for. If anyone is looking for a trustworthy and caring pet sitter, I highly recommend Charmaine.
