This is the first time someone other than family has watched our dog and I was nervous about using a service like this and having to choose someone I didn’t know. Rayann was so warm and helpful from the beginning. She was really helpful and flexible on drop off and pickup times due to my schedule and flight changes. She sent multiple updates with pictures throughout the week letting me know how my dog was doing. My dog seemed very happy and well taken care of. “Oh my!! Will and Bibiana, are the absolute best! We called them literally at the last minute made a booking they accepted the booking for our Charlie. This couple is awesome!!!! Very nice, very friendly, immediate welcome our Charlie with his disability into their home. They showed no hesitation to just make him feel welcome. Very professional , house is a place that you would want your very family taken care of. Our dog Charlie is a special needs dog. They didn’t even hesitate to say that they would take care of him as we had a funeral for my husband‘s uncle today in Cincinnati. Thank you, thank you, thank you Will and your lovely wife.
