“Monica, Kelvin, and their daughter were great with Cookie. They were very affectionate and took great care of her, and Cookie fit right in with their family! It was our first time boarding with them, and they were incredibly helpful and welcoming. They were very professional and were easy to communicate with, promptly answering messages and questions. Monica, Kelvin, and their daughter were lovely and trustworthy, making us feel comfortable leaving Cookie in their care. It was clear that she was having a lot of fun running around in their yard with their dog, Garçon. We had excellent communication throughout the stay, with regular photos and updates. We highly recommend Monica and Kelvin. Their exceptional care for Cookie, and their professionalism was top-notch.”
