“Tori was a life savor, she took care of our very anxious and shy cat for the last 4 days. An unexpected trip put us in a true bind, I had reached out rather late in the night..she responded immediately and assured me that Penny will be taken care of and to not worry. It was such a relief! She came home, picked up Penny and shared constant updates thru the week..she was very much in tune with my state of mind as well and reassured me every step of the way that my pet is in good hands.
