“I am so extremely grateful and happy that I was able to find Valentina to take care of our puppy. I found Rover, and her, very last minute and only a couple of days before I was leaving out of town for a week. I reached out to a few different sitters and Valentina was the one that gave me the most peace of mind. She answered the initial request quickly as well as the rest of the questions I had for her which was so important for me given that I didn’t have a lot of time to make a decision. I always value communication and consider it very responsible. She also offered for me to go meet her and see where she lived beforehand which was also a plus. After that I knew I had made the right decision and the rest is history. She took very good care of Phoebe and sent videos daily. When we got back, she kindly brought all her stuff to us and made the reuniting with my daughter really sweet. Our puppy came back happy, healthy and looking and smelling beautiful. I would not hesitate to leave her in the care of Valentina again and am very relieved to have someone like her to trust. Thank you!”
