“Joe and Hitoko took care of our Lady Lou for more than a week, and she had the best time with them. I’m so thankful! My girl is usually very nervous and slow to warm up to people—sometimes she even gets stressed at home with us. But Joe made her feel safe, loved, and cared for. As an overprotective dog mom, getting regular updates, photos, and videos was such a comfort. It honestly felt like a family member was looking after her. “Mary was amazing. My dog Thyon is a sweet but skittish boy. Since making a big move from the country to the city, he has suffered from anxiety which he needed to be medicated for. I tried traditional boarding facilities however they were not a good fit. There were too many loud noises and he always came home stressed and nervous. Mary provided a wonderful environment. Not only was he able to quickly adapt and feel comfortable, but he seemed to thrived there. He was running in the yard with her dog Elle. Which he has not done since we moved months ago. I have finally found a place where I am comfortable to leave my boy and know he’s being well cared for. Thanks Mary!”
