“Karen was very attentive and so caring towards our kitty girl and dog poppa, she kept us updated with pictures and videos and got our very anxious dog to play and feel comfortable in her care and he even learned some new tricks ! He came home happy. She was also very caring and considerate towards Kitty making her feel comfortable enough to come out and ask for pets ! They did some arts and crafts with their paws that are so cute. Would highly recommend !”
