“This was my first time using Rover or even boarding my dog with someone who wasn’t a family member. Needless to say, I was pretty nervous about it and when I dropped my dog off, she was so worried and upset. But Hannah was a pro. She never made me feel like I was asking about my dog too much and alleviated any worries I had, always with a calm and understanding demeanor. Sent plenty of pics and updates and it wasn’t long before my dog warmed up to her. Thanks again Hannah!”
