“Tomoko and Kalani put our minds at ease when our dog, Niko stayed with them. We had clear and organized communication prior to drop off and they updated us with videos and photos of our dog throughout his stay. They were also flexible with his pickup time, which really helped us out during our family vacation. They were also very friendly and have a nice home to accommodate Niko. If we are ever in their area, we would definitely contact them again to take care of Niko.”
