“We found Remo in a pinch just a few days prior to our upcoming trip. Thereafter, Remo gladly came to the park nearest our house to meet our French Bulldog for the first time. We are new to the SF bay area, and previously have never boarded a dog at a kennel. Usually our babies stay with family, but this was not possible in a new city. To compound things, we had never left our 5 month old Frenchie, Latch, alone for more than about 4 hours at a time. I was uncomfortable leaving him with someone he didn't really like or in a facility where no staff was available at night, so we were hoping Latch and Remo would hit it off. At the first meeting, Latch was instantly drawn to Remo! He brought along another dog he was keeping at the time (that was also a puppy) that was clearly comfortable with Remo. He explained how he takes the dogs to an array of parks, and that pups in his care are watched 24/7. We were very impressed with his knowledge and enthusiasm for dogs! He was an extremely outgoing and kind individual that also offered us a lot of information about exploring the city and best places to hike. Our anxiety about leaving our baby for the first time was eliminated after the first meeting! Remo has a fantastic personality and a beautiful home with a gorgeous fenced in yard where your baby can play. With Remo, your dog is cared for 24/7 and not confined to a kennel. Remo consistently uploaded photos each day of the many park adventures, and of Latch making himself comfortable in Remo's home, playing at the park with other dogs, and exploring the city. It was fun logging in each morning to see what our baby had been up to and knowing he had been properly cared for. During his stay with Remo, Latch got to explore more parks than he's ever been to with his own parents- we are likely going to have to step it up after this! I highly recommend Remo to anyone who considers their dog a member of the family and wants to ensure a loving and caring environment while they are away. We had a fantastic experience, and are so glad to have found the perfect pet sitter! ”
