“Cassidy was very responsive in the coordination of the booking, and again while she was watching our cat in her home, sending photos showing the progression of his settling into his new environment. Our cat seemed to be in good spirits after picking him up indicating that he had a good stay. The drop off and pick up were smooth and Cassidy is very personable and accommodating.”
