“Grace was great. Having one dog with health issues we were comforted with her professional experience. We had some major personal complications (including the one dog having to be put to sleep) and she was willing to work through the issues that came up. Grace was very understanding of the situation, and had then had to deal with a now anxious dog who just lost her partner and had to go alone to someone she didn't know. Grace made her feel at home. We were very satisfied with Grace and her pet accommodations. We would definitely use her again.”
