“I have to say we have used Rover successfully over several years! We have been blessed to find some wonderful sitters! I used Keianna for the first time and have to say her care, ability to connect with my fur babies along with her flexibility is beyond compare! I highly recommend her! I have special needs dogs and she was more than able to handle my 90 pound Rottie and my 7lb Pommie Kobe with ease and compassion. I was initially concerned about her ability to handle such a large dog with special needs along with my pommie. But I decided to take a chance on her after doing a meet and greet. I am so glad I did. She was patient, followed intructions and was able to successfully administer her meds every single time, which is not easy. Diamond hates the taste of her vitamins. In addition, Keianna was nurturing and remained calm when my Rottie had a rare seizure. She did everything right! Her home is lovely and super dog friendly! She was also super flexible with our drop off and pickup schedule as our flights left extremely early in the morning! My babies seemed well adjusted as they were happy and upbeat when I picked them up. I will definitely continue to use Keianna and recommend her every chance I get. “Erika was great. Very quick at texting back. I never got a bad vibe from her during the whole process. Balou had a bit of a soft stool problem when I dropped him off and we worked together to get him back to normal, she carried him down the stairs when he wouldn't go himself (arthritis). I even had a flight delay and she was willing to keep him for extra time and go get him more food if needed. Definitely recommend!!! I will be using her for future trips.”
