“I contacted Hazel for my baby (cat) for a 6 day stay and she responded very quickly and professionally. She called and did an onboard call where she asked plenty helpful question about Mimi (cat). She also provided me with a list of what to bring to make her stay comfortable. After booking and confirming, she contacted me and responded promptly to all of my concerns. I felt so comfortable and trusted her to take care of Mimi because she made me feel at ease. She sent daily updates with pictures about Mimi until the day of pick up. I will definitely use her her again as my sitter, thank you Hazel for your amazing care of my baby.”

“Ellen did such an amazing job with my senior rescue girl! She has some health issues and is a little shy, so I'm always worried about leaving her for the weekend with someone new, but I could tell she felt comfortable with Ellen right away. Communication was great—Ellen sent photos and updates and made me feel a LOT less guilty about leaving her. I honestly could not have had a better experience, which is saying something coming from a slightly neurotic mom of a special needs dog :) I'll definitely be booking Ellen again in the future!”

“Katie (and Ruth!) are amazing! Our shy girl had never been boarded before, and we hit the lottery with finding Katie. She was patient with letting Parsley get to know her, and didn't try to force anything. Parsley and Ruth started playing and chasing each other right away - it was awesome to see our usually shy and anxious girl come out of her shell so quickly.
