“Rachel was wonderful. She was attentive and caring to my much older dog that recently experienced some trauma in other boarding settings. Rachael helped her to adjust to the transition of staying in a new place and she sent regular photos and reports of her progress. When I picked up my dog, Rachel and her partner provided what felt like honest feedback back regarding some limitations my dog experienced with other animals at their house as well as shared behaviors they observed that I didn’t know my dog did until the two day visit with them. First instance - learned my dog definitely would hunt a cat if given the chance - this is useful intel future bookings. I definitely recommend Rachel to anyone.”
