She made him feel safe, comfortable, and at home so quickly. Within hours, Nancy was updating me on his progress and sending pictures and videos, which brought me so much comfort and peace of mind. Her attention to detail and level of care are unmatched. She made sure Dale stayed on his feeding and toileting schedule exactly as instructed and took the time to ensure he was well cared for every step of the way. I’m also so grateful to Roxy for helping teach Dale the ropes and for being patient and willing to share her parents and toys with him while still keeping him accountable to the house rules.
