He sent regular photo updates throughout their stay, which gave us so much peace of mind and let us see how much fun they were having. One thing we especially appreciated was how thoughtfully he handled introducing them to other dogs. Koko and Paisley don't have much experience socializing with other dogs, and Nicholas did a fantastic job making sure those interactions were positive, safe, and comfortable for them. It was clear he understood their needs and took the time to help build their confidence. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would absolutely trust Nicholas with our dogs again.
