She was always quick to respond to booking requests, messages, and was very understanding when we had to cancel a different booking due to a change in plans. She sent regular updates and pictures of our boy and I could tell he was having a great visit with her and her two goldens. She put our mind at ease as this was our first time booking through Rover. We had used boarding facilities in the past and our boy would come back overstimulated and often with tummy issues, but it was not the case when he stayed with Kalia.
