“in June 2019 it was my first time experience with rover.com, and I decided to go with Joella. She was my best option to help me with the dog, while i was travelling. Joella is a very kind and generous person in my opinion, she loves the dogs and treats them like her own kids. My dog is a lab mixed with a pit and something else, so he is big but very kind and calm. Joella's dog is very friendly with everybody, he is a chocolate lab and the same size and age as mine. So they get alone pretty well, played a lot at Jo's house. She was taking care of my dog as it would be her own one. I am very please with her job, feel safe to leave my dog at her place and will ask her again to help me, when I need it. My dog had such a great time at Joella's house, she made it so comfortable for all of us to go through this experience from the very first time we met till the end of it.
