“Jillian was super nice and very thorough. From the moment we did our meet-and-greet, she wanted to make sure that all was understood and that we both felt extra comfortable with all plans. She is really good about making you and your dog feel welcome and at ease in her home. Her other dogs are friendly and they were so kind to share toys with my big guy. The pictures and videos she shared put a smile on my face and let me know my pup was in great hands. The entire experience was super positive, and I enjoyed Jillian taking care of my dog. She is kind, thoughtful, very experienced, and a great choice.”

“This was our first time using Rover. We selected Ellen because she had many positive reviews as well as multiple returning clients. We made the right choice selecting Ellen to watch our fur babies. She is extremely accommodating and understanding. Our 2 pups have a number of quirks, but Ellen worked with them and gave them a home away from home. She sent multiple pictures a day and some videos, along with an update of the daily activities. We will absolutely be using Ellen if we go away and need a sitter. I cannot speak any higher of Ellen. “Mary was amazing. My dog Thyon is a sweet but skittish boy. Since making a big move from the country to the city, he has suffered from anxiety which he needed to be medicated for. I tried traditional boarding facilities however they were not a good fit. There were too many loud noises and he always came home stressed and nervous. Mary provided a wonderful environment. Not only was he able to quickly adapt and feel comfortable, but he seemed to thrived there. He was running in the yard with her dog Elle. Which he has not done since we moved months ago. I have finally found a place where I am comfortable to leave my boy and know he’s being well cared for. Thanks Mary!”
