“We were so impressed with Helen, Nikita, and their team! Rusko is pretty selective about humans and can get some separation anxiety, but I could tell he had a great time boarding with them. Like other reviewers have mentioned, you will get really detailed updates from the team and lots of photos which are always appreciated. From past experiences with other boarding facilities, you won't get much of an update other than a positive and generic "he had a great time!", but I appreciated that they let us know when Rusko wasn't eating much of his food, which to me shows that they're actually paying attention to each dog. When he came home he was really happy with good energy, unlike other occasions where he either comes home completely exhausted (concerning for me) or wired and overstimulated. Overall I had complete peace of mind knowing that Rusko was staying with Helen and Nikita. They clearly love dogs, but it's also clear that they actually *know* dogs and will take the time to get to know each dog, both of which are super important to me.”
