“Vicki was wonderful with Mochi!! Mochi is usually very shy, but he warmed up to her surprisingly quickly. We could tell he was happy and comfortable throughout his stay. Communication was quick and easy, and we really appreciated the frequent updates and photos of Mochi. It helped put us at ease during our trip. “Karl was great. Just in Ohio for the summer and had to find someone for Sampson for a couple different trips. Was a little anxious to leave Sampson but I knew from the initial meeting, that we picked a great person in Karl. “Mary was absolutely amazing with Layla! She communicated consistently and thoughtfully, sending pictures at least twice a day, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. Layla usually goes on a bit of a hunger strike when I leave, but she was so comfortable with Mary that she ate every single meal. That alone says everything! Layla looked genuinely happy in every photo and was clearly very well cared for. Mary also shared how much she loved spending time with Layla, and it truly sounds like they both had a great time together.
