“Noel, is a true gem! She made our first boarding experience a breeze. We have 2 rescue dogs (a pit mix & a beagle mix) who have not experienced a night without us since leaving the shelter in 2017! She made sure to tell me what to pack and how to prepare for their experience. She also helped calm my anxiety by sending me pictures and videos daily during our time apart. Noel was a huge help, as our big dog had an ear infection and she administered the medication daily and did not even blink when I mentioned it to her upon arrival. She truly made myself and my dogs feel at ease during our time away. I would recommend Noel to anyone who is seeking pet care.
