“My family and I took our first vacation together since getting our 1.5yr old german shepherd, Khione, who is very anti-social, reactive, and extremely anxious. We contacted several people about possibly watching her over the week we were gone, but we weren't comfortable leaving her with any of them because they were hesitant. However, we came across Jami and we're so glad we did. Despite being barked at and lunged at during our first meet and greet, Jami showed no fear and was able to handle Khione like a pro. We arranged for Khione to stay with her for a few one-nighters leading up to our 9 day vacation to make sure Jami could handle Khione, and vice versa. Our minds were at ease knowing that Khione was left with someone who could handle her without fear and treat her like a member of the family. We texted Jami almost every day to check on Khione and she always provided an update, sometimes with pictures, which we really appreciated! Jami always texted us a day or two in advance to make sure we were still on for drop off/pick up, so communication was never an issue. Jami also gave us some tips/advice so that we can better handle Khione as well. We had a great experience with Jami and we will definitely be using her again. Thank you Jami!”
