“This was our first time using Rover and Ellen was wonderful! We did a meet and greet in advance and she answered my questions about safety and communication. She loved on my dogs all weekend (and I know because she sent me lots of pictures!). She was super responsive in the time leading up to the stay and during the stay. Our dogs were clearly very comfortable with her and in her home. Ellen went above and beyond to prevent any escape artist tactics in the yard and it was very clear our dogs were treated as family while they were there! Will for sure be using Ellen’s help again! My only hesitation in posting this outstanding review is that I know once other pet owners find out how fantastic Ellen is, her calendar is going to be filled up!! Truly great experience!”
