“FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE FOR A FIRST-TIMER!!! We had a wonderful experience with Melissa & Cody! As first-time Rover users, we were a little nervous, but they put us at ease right away. They were incredibly patient, answered all of our questions, and made us feel completely comfortable with the process. We had special requests for our dog's care, including a specific balance of playtime, downtime, and individual attention, and they were happy to accommodate everything. It is clear they are true professionals and prepared to handle any situation. Our Indy seemed happy and comfortable from the moment we dropped her off, and the fact that she ate well during her stay was a huge sign to us that she was content and well-cared-for. We picked up a happy, relaxed pup! We couldn't be more pleased and will definitely be booking again. 5/5 stars!!!”
