Their patience and professionalism really stood out, and it gave us peace of mind knowing our dogs were in such good hands. Communication was amazing throughout—they kept us updated with regular messages, photos, and videos, which we truly appreciated. It was so comforting to see our dogs happy and well cared for while we were gone. “This was our first time using Rover. We selected Ellen because she had many positive reviews as well as multiple returning clients. We made the right choice selecting Ellen to watch our fur babies. She is extremely accommodating and understanding. Our 2 pups have a number of quirks, but Ellen worked with them and gave them a home away from home. She sent multiple pictures a day and some videos, along with an update of the daily activities. We will absolutely be using Ellen if we go away and need a sitter. I cannot speak any higher of Ellen.
