“We had such a fantastic experience with Juanyi and truly couldn’t have asked for better care for our dog! From the very beginning, communication was enthusiastic, warm, and reassuring. We had a first meet & play before the dog boarding. Juanyi’ house is very beautiful, clean and suitable for dogs. During boarding, we received photo updates every single hour, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Each picture showed our dog happy, relaxed, and clearly enjoying their time—whether playing with Panda and Kaka (Juanyi’s two LOVELY dogs), resting, or out on a walk. What truly stood out was her flexibility and responsiveness. At one point, we needed to adjust our pick-up time to one day earlier than originally planned. We reached out, expecting it might be difficult to change on short notice—but she responded very quickly and immediately adjusted her schedule to accommodate us. Her willingness to be so understanding and flexible completely really touched me!! Drop-off and pick-up overall were smooth and easy. Juanyi made the entire process seamless and convenient for us, which we deeply appreciated. It genuinely felt like she cared for our dog as if they were her own. Bagel and Panda become best friends!! We came home to a happy, relaxed pup, which says everything. We would absolutely book with her again and highly recommend her to any dog parents looking for a reliable, communicative, flexible, and truly caring sitter!”
