When I was traveling internationally she was very understanding of the communication barriers and when I was injured extending my stay she didn't hesitate to extend her help with my dog. It was such a relief not to have to worry about the care of my pup, knowing she was in good hands, while I was stressing out and not providing a lot of details. Ariana was patient, understanding, and kind and of course my doggo looked like she had had the best time making friends. Count on Ariana and her fiance in a time of crisis!!
