“My husband and I would like to express our appreciation to The Rover program. Without this great service we would have never met Bill and Debbie! They are now our official dogs sitters and the our pups- 2nd home! We are so Thankful! 🙏 Leaving our 2 dogs for 2 weeks was much easier than we expected. We give thanks to this wonderful couple, neighbors and new friends. They did provided a truly great atmosphere and daily loving care. Sharing videos, pictures and daily messages went a long way for us. Knowing that are dogs were eating well says it ALL. 👍 They were happy and content because they walked them several times per day! Plus, Following our instructions on their care is so note worthy. They allowed us to enjoy our trip with a real sense of peace. They met all our expectations by providing excellent and caring hands for our pups. We would definitely recommend this special couple to care for your fur babies! Blessings to all! “This was our first time using Rover. We selected Ellen because she had many positive reviews as well as multiple returning clients. We made the right choice selecting Ellen to watch our fur babies. She is extremely accommodating and understanding. Our 2 pups have a number of quirks, but Ellen worked with them and gave them a home away from home. She sent multiple pictures a day and some videos, along with an update of the daily activities. We will absolutely be using Ellen if we go away and need a sitter. I cannot speak any higher of Ellen. “Mary was amazing. My dog Thyon is a sweet but skittish boy. Since making a big move from the country to the city, he has suffered from anxiety which he needed to be medicated for. I tried traditional boarding facilities however they were not a good fit. There were too many loud noises and he always came home stressed and nervous. Mary provided a wonderful environment. Not only was he able to quickly adapt and feel comfortable, but he seemed to thrived there. He was running in the yard with her dog Elle. Which he has not done since we moved months ago. I have finally found a place where I am comfortable to leave my boy and know he’s being well cared for. Thanks Mary!”
