From the first time I messaged Susan, she was very friendly and willing to work with our schedules to do a meet and greet, and she agreed to care for both our pups (one senior and one with anxiety), while only meeting one of them during the meet and greet. During our boys’ weeklong stay with Susan, we got daily updates with pics, which gave us so much peace of mind because we knew our boys were getting so greatly cared for while we were away, and they got plenty of walks and attention, since Susan only takes one pup or family at a time. One of our pups ended up getting an upset stomach on the bed of the other pup, and Susan went above and beyond in dealing with this situation, even going as far as washing the bed so it was clean for us when we arrived to pick them up. It can be hard to leave your furry babies with someone you just met, but we got the most amazing and calm energy from Susan from the first time we met, even our anxious boy went up to her to get scratches (which has NOT happened before with anyone), and we just knew this was going to be someone who would really take care of both pups. 10000% recommended, and we will most definitely be rebooking for future travels!
